    "Premium Support" includes "Phone".  "Adobe Document Solutions" umbrellas the online subscription services of ExportPDF and PDF Pack.

    In fact, maybe you couldn't find info because you insisted you had bought Adobe Reader, and Adobe know that is free and there is no support...

    If you have only the free Adobe Reader, there isn't one. If you have purchased something, what is it that you paid for? (Though of course closed for holidays)

    I have the free one but bought the Adobe Reader today so I can transfer PDF to word and excel. I looked on your site for over 30 mins and no phone number, even tried to do chat and nothing. Very hard website.

    Not my site. Adobe's site. We aren't them! Adobe Reader is free, so you didn't buy it. This is important, you need to know what you bought so you can get help with the right thing. What you bought, then is one of

    * PDF Pack

    It is a very hard website, I think. If you found the CHAT link, it should work. What happens?
