WHERE IS MY CONVERTED FILE

Trying to convert PDF to Word. The converted document doesn't show-up in my cloud account. Why?

How are you converting the PDF to Word document? Are you using Adobe Acrobat to save a PDF as a Word document?

If you have Adobe Acrobat you can use the following steps:

  • File > Save as Other > Microsoft Word
  • Then Name the .docx file and also allocate where you want to save the docx file.
  • Click Save.

Thanks, I have Adobe Reader; following your advice I can convert the PDF file to text, but it doesn't give me the choices to save the file you mentioned for Word.

Once you have an active ExportPDF subscription, you'll be able to convert PDF files to Word format.
