Where is my refund?

hello it's been already two months that i'm waiting for my refund ! i haven't got any confirmation to my e-mail that i was going to be refunded !!! i have never seen in my whole life this poorest and miserable costumers services ! if this a joke, i'm going to contact my lawyer !!!!! this is just unacceptable !

Hi Sarh,

No joke, I promise. I just checked your account, and there was an order block on the return (I don't know why). But, I have personally forwarded the order to a Customer Care agent who will be able to remove that order block and move the refund along.

I am so sorry for the inconvenience, but as soon as Adobe is back from the holidays on Monday, your refund will be processed.

since that case, i would like to have an E-MAIL confirmation that i will get my refund ! every serious company does that when a refund is being proceeded !!!
