Where is my serial number for convert to PDF

I did not receive an e-mail or a cd.  I bought it on 11 Nov 14 for 89.99.  When I am in my e-mail trying to look at something someone sent me I get the pop up to buy it again or it wants a serial number which I don't have.  If I go to it from my desktop all I have to do is login.

    Hi lorraineh75501799,

    It looks like you've purchased Adobe PDF Pack. As such, no serial number is required. You just need to log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password.


    I'm wondering whether you may have also downloaded the Acrobat trial? If you did, and it's expired, that would explain why you're being prompted for a serial number.
