Where is the file I have been working on and saving to my Acrobat.com account? I have been working on a very complex document with multiple fields to be filled. I last saved it yesterday. Now it is missing, and the only item that comes up is completely blank with no fields completed.

Are you filling out a PDF form in Adobe Reader, and then uploading that file to Acrobat.com? To save form data when filling out a PDF form via Reader, that form must be saved as Reader Extended PDF from Acrobat. It sounds as though that particular form was not saved as Reader Extended PDF. Please see https://acrobatusers.com/tutorials/how-to-save-form-data-in-adobe-reader (this tutorial also applies to Reader XI).
