Where is the file I have been working on and saving to my Acrobat.com account?

Are you filling out a PDF form in Adobe Reader, and then uploading that file to Acrobat.com? To save form data when filling out a PDF form via Reader, that form must be saved as Reader Extended PDF from Acrobat. It sounds as though that particular form was not saved as Reader Extended PDF.
