Where to find a purchased product ...

Hi,

I bought from a German reseller  Adobe Acrobat Pro CC (1 year abo), got an invitation to creative cloud (which I accessed), and an email from the reseller telling me my codes (redemption code? or serial number?) were already on the Adobe-page. I don't find anything of this! I only got a vip-number.

I now downloaded the trial-version, but of course I  would like the "final" thing. I know this is a question for the chat - but it was not available!

Hi U-M,

Have you had your question answered regarding the Acrobat software that you purchased last year? You mention a "vip-number." Did you get Acrobat as a VIP subscription? Where do things stand now? Do you have the trial version, and need help getting the subscription that you purchased running?

Hi,

thanks for your answer. I bought it just a few weeks ago. The seller told me it is on adobe.de, but I don't find anything. I just got then from adobe an invitation to join Creative Cloud, which I did. In this context I got the vip-number. As I wanted to start using Acrobat pro I downloaded the trial version thinking I would get the serial number still. What should I do?
Trial time is little by little running out...
