When I try to convert a PDF to Excel I get "an error occurred while trying to access the service".

Sorry for the delay in response

Looking at your subscription status for Adobe Export PDF it seems normal there is not an issue.

The issue might have been temporarily at your end. If you still experiencing issue and you are trying to access the services via Adobe Reader, try log-out and log back in. Also, you may use this service via browser: http://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
