Who do I call, and at what number

I need to request to be refunded the year subscription cost I paid to Adobe a couple of days ago, in order to be able to convert unlimited PDF files to MS Word/Excel.  I need contact information to make this request.

I used Adobe's conversion facility yesterday but did not get the results I expected. I wrote a message in the discussion board where I described the problems I experienced.  Ms. Sara.Frosberg kindly answered my post with some instructions which I followed but I was not able to resolve the issues. No one else has answered or given me any information on how I can resolve these issues, and I do not believe the functionality of the application or the support Adobe provides for it meets my expectations.

Any help with this information would be appreciated.
