Why am I asked to extract my file before I can convert it?

Question

Tengo un documento en PDF de 50 megas y lo quiero convertir a Word. Utilizo la función "exportar a word" y me da error. El mensaje es que primero tengo que "extraer" el archivo y después convertirlo a word. NO entiendo a lo que se refiere EXTRAER

Hi victoriaa,It sounds like you might be working with a PDF portfolio. The ExportPDF service doesn't support PDF Portfolios. Please see Will Adobe ExportPDF convert any type of PDF file or have any limitations?Best,Sara

Hi victoriaa,That's an interesting error message! Are you converting via Adobe Reader, or the web interface for ExportPDF? What filename extension does the file have? If the file isn't a PDF, however, you should receive a "Could not Export" message because the file is not a PDF file--not the message that you're getting.Can you please tell me a bit more about the file that you're converting, how you're converting, and the exact error message that you're receiving?Thanks!Sara
