??? Why am I getting charged for another renewal this month when I paid for it in November? Why doesn't Adobe Flash work with my ancestry work?

    Just to be clear, Flash Reader is free and not connected with any subscription, and nothing to do with PDF files, nor with the Acrobat Pro you subscribed to.

    Hi terrys35214386,

    I've checked your account. In November, you purchased an Acrobat Pro subscription. That subscription is charged monthly, with an annual commitment.

    As for Flash not working for you, please post your question about that (with specifics) in the Adobe Flash Player forum.
