why am I being invoiced $27.50 when my month to month payment is $19.99?

Was recently invoiced 27.50 after already being invoiced 27.50 back in February. My month to month subscription is 19.99 (thought i was signed up for the 1.99 (24.99) month to month subscription as well. After being wrongly invoiced 23.50 for made up services in February, I am upset that this happened again.

    Hi kourtneyd2297776,

    I've checked your account; it looks like you may have canceled your subscription. But the Acrobat Standard month-to-month subscription was billed at 24.99/month plus applicable taxes. (It's 14.99/month with an annual commitment.)

    You do have an active subscription to ExportPDF, which is billed at $19.99/annually plus applicable taxes.

    Do you need additional help with your subscriptions, or is everything taken care of at this point?
