Why am I getting "An error occured while tring to access the service" message when I try to convert a PDF to Excel using Acrobat.com?

For the past couple of weeks I've been getting this message when trying to convert PDFs to Excel or Word docs.  How can I fix?

Please see this document: "Error occurred when trying to access this service" when logging on to Acrobat.com.

Hi JeannieA,

Are you trying to log in via Adobe Reader (if so, what version do you have), or via a web browser (what browser/version)? Are you on Mac OS or Windows?

Have you been able to log in previously? If so, has anything changed on your system?
