    Hi Joshua,

Support for Windows Vista ended with Acrobat 9, so that's why you're running into the error. Did you want to cancel your subscription?

    Hi Joshua,

I see that your Acrobat Standard subscription order is still pending. But you should be able to download your software. What happens when you log in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/acrobat? If you can't get it from that page, you can download it directly from Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X - Adobe.

Once your subscription order processes, you'll be able to log in and use Acrobat.

It says unsupported language/platform. and when I look at what's required I can't figure out what I don't have in order for this to download. I will say that when my computer turns on, i'm noticing it says windows vista and and I don't see that particularly listed under requirements. But I do have enough space and am using Chrome. Any ideas what's going on?
