Why are my files changing format when I log out?

    Why do most of my word docs now show as a pdf...... If I make a word doc and log off and come back latter is shows as a pdf.why

    Hi merenoff,

    Where are you seeing this odd behavior? Are you using ExportPDF to convert PDF to Word format? When you convert a file, your original is maintained (wherever it was when you converted it). But the converted file is uploaded to your online account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/files. So, if you're converting files you should have both the original on your computer, and the converted file in your online account.
