Why are my files saving, yet then giving me an error saying they couldn't be?

When moving between documents, Acrobat.com says it is saving the files in the outbox. Yet the outbox is listing them as all having errors on the saving and not doing it. It's getting frustrating to have to duplicate work every time I use this site.
