Question

Why can I not download a file converted from pdf to word

I cannot download a document converted to word from a pdf. the error message says the internet site is not available. seems odd, given that I am looking at the converted document. Any idea whats wrong?

    Hi roger.edi,

Are you still having trouble downloading that convert file? If so, please log out, clear the browser cache, and then log back in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/files.

If you're still unable to download the file, please try from a different web browser.

Let us know how it goes!

    Best,

    Sara
