Question

Why can't I add my Adobe completed form to my response file.? I set up the form to be attached to email. Responders are not able to submit the form. Why?

I set up the form to be attached to email.

I have several that have tried to submit the form but I am not receiving them.  They were working previously.

Responders are not able to submit the form. Why?

    Hi Bobby Cue,

Do your recipients receive an error when they try to submit the form? Or are they having problems even accessing the form that you sent via email? Or, is that they are submitting the form, but you're not seeing their responses?

Please reply with some detail about the problem, and we can take it from there.

The form is a link on our web page at the university.  the form was sent to my email address and when I tried to add it to the response file, i recieved a message stating that I did not access rights.

The form is a link to a form created in Adobe Pro.  I have used this last year and I prefer it to the Adobe form Central.

Will i need to create another form?  My Mac computer was upgraded to MAC OS 10 Maverick, could that present any problems for my forms?

    Hi Bobby,

Your upgrade to Mavericks shouldn't pose a problem. Where is the form stored? Is the form (and the response file) on your computer? Or is it stored on Acrobat.com? You originally said you were receiving the response data, but then it stopped working. Did anything other than your OS upgrade change?
