Why can't I close the panel on the right when using Fill & Sign?

Why can't I close the panel on the right when using Fill & Sign? The Fill & Sign tools appear at the top of the window. That right-side pane is just trying to get me to sign in, but I don't want to, so that thing is just in my way! I can't close it or reduce its width. It's eating up valuable screen real estate for something I don't need to be there.

Another problem when using Fill & Sign... Page scrolling (past the bottom of the current page) doesn't work. It changes the navigation type to "Single Page View", even though I had it set to "Enable Scrolling" mode.

Fill & Sign does not have a mode to scroll between pages, page navigation at this time is done using the Up/Down arrows or by entering a page number.  The buttons are for the page view, fit width and fit page.  I understand that the right hand panel takes up space if you are not using it, at this time it can't be closed.

That's too bad, and really needs to change.

Also, there should be a way to add a Fill & Sign icon to the toolbar. Having to click on Tools, then look through the grid of icons to find the tool you want is okay for something you hardly use, but it would be nice to have commonly used tools on the toolbar.
