Hi Donaldc,
I assume you have been trying to create a pdf document from a different file format? I see that you have subscribed for the Export PDF subscription, which helps you to only convert the pdf files to word,excel etc formats.

To create a pdf, you either need to subscribe for Adobe PDF Pack or Adobe Acrobat DC as this includes "Create PDF" feature.
