why can't I drag and drop documents to combine documents?

I am suddenly unable to drag and drop documents to combine them into one PDF.   It is still allowing me to add the documents individually from my computer but I am used to drag and drop and it is faster.

I apologize for the delayed reply.

I tried drag and drop in IE 11, Chrome and Firefox on Win 7 but could not reproduce the issue.

Please let me know which browser and which operating system you are using.
