Good gosh.  I just want to contact Adobe to ask why I purchased the PDF pack and now can't edit.

PDF Pack doesn't allow you to edit. Have you found something somewhere which suggests that it does?

To edit you need a subscription to Acrobat instead AND to install the Acrobat app instead of Reader.

    Hi oppryan,

I'd love to help. Can you please give me a little more detail about the snag you've run into? Did you convert a file to or from PDF? If you've created a PDF from another  file, you'd need Acrobat to edit the PDF.

If, on the other hand, you've converted a PDF to another format (Word, Excel, and so on), that's a different issue, and it's hard to know where to point you without knowing a bit more about the file and where you're trying to edit it. But, for starters, assuming you've created a Word doc from a PDF, please try triple-clicking the text in Word to select/edit it.

I look forward to hearing back from you with a few more details.

    Best,

    Sara
