Why can't I get a live chat or phone number to call for my issue? I need to troubleshoot why, if I have a valid membership that I cannot edit my PDF?

    What product is the membership for? If you want to "edit" a pdf, it should be for the full version of Adobe Acrobat.If it is for Acrobat (not Acrobat Reader or Export PDF...etc) you need to download and install Acrobat then open the pdf in it.
