why can't i save in acrobat.com now?

Hi monikak,

What happens when you try to save your files to your Acrobat.com online account? Are you receiving an error message? If so, what is it?

Also, it would be helpful to know what web browser you're using, and whether the problem occurs if you sign in using a different browser.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

Best,

Sara
