Why can't I send a large PDF to share

Question

I'm trying to share a 1,000 page text PDF (285mb) yet it won't send through Acrobat or the web link (what was Track and Send). It seems to be a size issue as I've tried to send other larger PDF's that have sucessfully sent through Track and Send yet these will no longer upload.

I have emptied my old files as previously suggested in other threads but still no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Mg,As explained above that the other larger files has been sent successfully without any trouble, so it seems to be a problem with the specific file. As there is no limit has been defined for sharing files for the Send & Track users. Are you using desktop application Adobe Reader DC? If working with web browser, then have you checked with a different web browser? Would it be possible for you to share the sample files with us? Regards,Akanchha
