Why can't I subscribe to PDF Pack?

I clicked the subscribe button for the PDF Pack on the acrobat home page and a box pops up with the "thinking" squares that go around and around, but it just does that forever it never loads anything. And it isn't my internet connection because I have other tabs open in my internet browser and they are loading just fine.
