Why cannot I convert PDF document to microsoft word?

Por que não consigo converter documento em PDF para o microsoft word já que fui cadastrado mensalmente no valor de US$ 1.99/mês de acordo com a citada aceitação do contrato estipulado por essa empresa

We're sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are not able to export a PDF file, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service, try exporting the PDF file through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

What is the error message you are getting while exporting the PDF file? Have you tried exporting any other PDF? If not, please try exporting any other PDF file.

For troubleshooting, youu can refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8841

Poderia, por favor deixe-me saber se você estiver usando o Adobe Reader ou se inscreveu para "https://cloud.acrobat.com/" para converter arquivos PDF para Word.

Você está enfrentando esse problema com todos os PDF que tenta converter ouqualquer um em particular?

Deixe-me saber se alguma mensagem de erro avisa em sua tela.
