why cant i download the adobe pro after i purchased it?

    Hey Elizabeth,

    Please let me know the link from you are trying to download Acrobat pro.

    Have you tried the same using a different browser?

    Do you get any specific error when downloading? What is it?

    Please let me know the details.

    I bought the acrobat pro basically paying the 19.99 per month. I got confused with all the advertisement and when they asked for me to try the trial version of the XI, I thought that’s what I had purchased, but they were having me try it for the month and then they would start charging me after my trial was up. When my trial version was over, I couldn’t open any of my files, so I uninstalled the XI, n now when I try to download the pro it acts likes its downloading, but it keeps freezing and it’s very frustrating. I need this for work, I hope you can help me. Thank you so much for responding to my message J!

    Please log in as an administrator, make sure that you don't have any antivirus software enabled, and then try downloading Acrobat from this page: https://cloud.acrobat.com/acrobat.
