why cant I SIGN with my ADDRESS, COMPANY NAME and the ADOBE LOGO?

I used to be able to SIGN with my ADDRESS, COMPANY NAME & the ADOBE LOGO SHOWED UP. I cannot see any options to ADD these? thanks Rob
