Why combined files allow recipient to view my folders on my pc when the email is downloaded

Sorry for the delay in response.

The recipient would only able to download the file if you share a link for the file with them. But, that doesn't include viewing personal files on your machine. Using send and track, you can create and share the link for a pdf file online which recipient need to open on his machine.

Would you mind sharing more info about the workflow you are following?

Are you using send and track's 'send personalized invitation' option to send the document?
