Why do I get "an error occurred while signing in" in ExportPDF?

I use export PDF.  I am trying to convert a PDF to excel and keep getting this...."an error occurred while signing in"  "Try again"   "Cancel"

    Hi yakr,

    Are you trying to sign in via Adobe Reader? If so, please choose Help > Check for Updates and make sure that you're using the most current version (11.0.09). Earlier versions of Reader could cause the error that you describe.
