Why do I get an error when using ExportPDF?

I downloaded the PDF Pack and when trying to convert a PDF to Excel, I get the following error message:

"An error occurred while trying to adobe ExportPDF online..."

I am running Windows 7 with either IE 11 or Firefox.Also have got the latest version of Adobe.Debbie Morris Can anyone explain what is going on

Hi kamuj,

Is this happening with all files?

Would you send your PDF document to dim86501@adobe.com as an email attachment?

I will check it from my end.Please add the link to this forum post for reference.
