In order to delete my files I need to first select the one I want. But there is no box for me to select. Why is that?

Hi ElDonna,

Are you referring to files stored in your Acrobat.com online account? There should definitely be checkboxes to the left of the file names. So, let's try this. Please log out of your account, and then clear the browser cache. Log back in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/files with your user name and password. Are the boxes there now? If not, please try a different browser.

Please let me know how it goes.

OK I finally figured it out. I was going to Adobe Reader and when the menu came up I would then select Acrobat.com and then the file I wanted. I now see that it is not the same as cloud.acrobat.com which I didn't know about. So now I know the difference. Thank you so much. I have been all over the place trying to figure this out.
