Why do I see completely different documents in the cloud on tablet and laptop?!

Why is it that I upload documents to Document Cloud using my laptop and Acrobat Pro, only top open Acrobat DC on my iPad and not see ANY of those documents in the Document Cloud?!

If I use the Document Cloud drop down in the Acrobat DC app, they're not there.
If I log into cloud.acrobat.com on my iPad they're still not there!

I can only see the pdfs I uploaded to the cloud from my iPad and vice versa, I only see laptop documents when I view from the laptop!
Is that how the Document Cloud is supposed to work? I thought the whole point was that you can view documents seamlessly across devices.

Hi t-hype,

Just make sure that you are logged in using the same Adobe ID on other devices using which you uploaded the PDF documents.

I should have mentioned I already checked that.

I've just noticed that they show up under the "Recent" setting but not in the actual "Document Cloud."

Super weird...

Hi,

Please take a backup of our work & then try uninstalling & reinstalling the application.

Let me know if it resolves your issue.
