Why does Acrobat XI installed via CC ask me for Adobe Software License Agreement?

When I try to open a pdf with Acrobat XI Pro installed via Creative Cloud, after few second it starts Adobe Application Manager, it opens a completely blank window titled Adobe Software License Agreement asking to Accept. It's pointless to clic the Accept button: it doesn't do anything and Acrobat is unusable.
