why does conversion failure happen when I use my laptop but not on a desktop?

Recently whenever I try to combine files or organize pages on acrobat cloud it tells me there is a conversion failure. However when I do the same PDF conversion on a desktop it works with no issue. is there any reason why this would happen all of a sudden?

    Hi,

    If I understand your issue correctly, whenever you are trying to use Combine Files or Organize Pages on Acrobat Cloud it fails.

    But if you use the same with Acrobat application installed on your desktop it works fine.

    The engine which is used online with Acrobat cloud is different from the one which is being used in Acrobat application.

    Still we would like to test the files. Would you like to share the PDF file?
