Why does ExportPDF not work?
Har inte använt Adobe Export PDF på länge men betalning har skett. Nu krävs jag på ny betalning för att kunna använda programmet. Vad gör jag? Hittar ingen relevant info på alla supportsidor.

We see that you have been a subscriber of Adobe Export pdf service. And it seems that the service has got renewed for another period as well.
Export pdf is an online service that you access through the web browser. And sadly, there is no way to track whether it has been accessed by someone in past or not.
As it has got renewed for another year, so would suggest you to start using that now. If you haven't started it ever then you can follow the steps given below-
1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
