Why does it send me to product purchase page when I try to convert PDF to word? I paid for my subscription and verified the account.

    Hi Janie,

Sorry for the delay in response.

I see that you had purchased the Adobe Export PDF service, which is an online service that helps you to export files to other formats.

You can also access this service in Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop and mobile application.

As you have mentioned that you receive the purchase page when you were trying to export PDF, it may be because either the service was not activated until that time or you have not signed in to the application.

I see that you had purchased the service same day. It takes some time to activate the services after the purchase.

As you have already canceled the service, it is hard to tell what was the real issue.

If you have any questions or need any help, feel free to update the thread.

    Regards,

    Meenakshi

Hi, am having the same issue. My subscription shows as it's all paid and included, but when trying to use it's asking me to upgrade. Very frustating.

    Hi brendan_9112,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Please let us know what happens when you try to convert files. Do you get any error messages?

If you use the online account, ensure you are logged in using the correct credentials.

If you are using the desktop application, try reinstalling it using the steps suggested below:

    - Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4f2h4Qn).
    - Reboot the machine
    - Install Adobe Acrobat Pro from the following page: https://adobe.ly/4ebQ9A5.

Let us know if the issue still occurs.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi

OK .. had to save the PDF to my PC, then sign into the cloud app and grab the PDF into app.  Round about way, but it ended up working.
