Why does my $19,99 not allow me to convert files anymore?

I have paid 19.99 for some time now and have been able to convert pdf to work.  now all of the sudden i have to upgrade?  What is with this?

    Hi nutbutter,

    I checked your account, and everything looks good there. Your subscription is active. If you're trying to convert via Reader, please make sure that you have the most current version by choosing Help > Check for Updates.

    If you're logging in via the ExportPDF website, log out, clear the browser cache, and then log back in.

    Ok no it works now. So maybe you can tell me why I have a charge for $1.00 pending against my bank account right now?
