Why doesn't echsign work on iphone?

I sent a document using echosign to be signed. The person opened it on their iphone6 and wasn't able to sign it! Any work around suggestions? Thanks

Does your recipient have the Adobe eSign Manager DC mobile app installed on their iPhone?
