Why have Acrobat functions stopped working?

Most functions in Acrobat Reader DC have stopped working. It doesn't bring up any way to Export, Create, Edit, etc. These are available in the right-hand tool bar but clicking them does nothing. My subscription for Adobe Export PDF is up to date and functions suddenly stopped working.

Hi davercreate,

Please close your Reader DC and restart your computer then try again.

If you are using Reader DC on Mac, please open any PDF file.

In the meantime you can use our web services at https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password.

Please let me know if you still have the same issue.

Thanks, Hisami. Unfortunately, this did not fix the problem. Other ideas?

How about using our web services at https://cloud.acrobat.com?

Another thing you can try is that you can uninstall Reader DC then restart Windows then re-install Acrobat Reader DC.  You can find Reader DC from https://get.adobe.com/reader/.

Please let me know if that works or not.
