why I can not install my Adobe X, my old installation was deleted

Warum kann ich meine Adobe X Pro nicht mehr installieren, trotz vorhandener Lizence fuer 9 und 10, auch die CDs sind noch vorhanden. Adobe frustiert nicht wenig, daran aendern auch euere neue Webside nichts.
