Why is Adobe Acrobat saying it can't verify my subscription?

I downloaded Acrobat Pro and my trial is up. I have subscribed to Pro using $14.99 a month and it is saying my subscription can't be verified and my trial is up? What is the problem and why have I already paid 2 months???

    Hi texas2014,

    I've checked your account; there are no issues with your Acrobat subscription, which was purchased on November 1. Do you remember receiving a verification email when you subscribed? If not, it could be that it went to your spam or junk mail folder.

    What is the error message that you're receiving when you try to use Acrobat? As you're using a subscription version, there is no serial number required, so you should be able to log in with your Adobe ID and password, and get down to work in Acrobat.
