Why is it not converting files correctly?

I am trying to convert a PDF into an XLS doc, after it says its done it gives me a document with what seems to be coded any suggestions?

As per the description above, you are getting coded/garbled text when converting a PDF file into an Excel file, Is that correct?

Please try to convert any other sample PDF into Excel through the online URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password and see if this brings any difference.

You may also refer to Text is garbled in converted file | ExportPDF

Is it specific to one PDF file or with all the PDF file? Is it possible to share the PDF file with us so that we can try to replicate the issue?
