I purchased Adobe Export PDF but when I try to export to word or excel the wheel never stops spinning what is up with this

    Hi Harolds,

    As I understand from the description above, you are getting a spinning wheel while exporting any PDF file, Is that correct?

    Please try to login to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password in a different browser like Chrome Or Firefox or Safari and check.

    You can also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the Export PDF services.

    If you still face the issue, try to log in on your cell phone or choose a different network environment such as from home on the computer.

    Without wishing to sound too much like a stick in the mud - when Adobe is working it slows everything down so much, and it often just doesn't work. You have all these clever fixes for problems, but why is it not possible to have a product that actually works in the first place
