Why is my Export PDF not working?

We have Export PDF, however it keeps saying it's run out. So I try to go online to renew, but it says that we already have export PDF.

I also received an invoice from Adobe on the 4th April taking a payment of £12.70, however I though Export PDF was £19.33 a year?

I have tried ringing the support number, however it says there is no phone support for this product.

    Please make sure you are using the right Adobe ID to sign into your Export PDF Account.
