why is my file size so limited?

i bought this program to convert a short children's book to a pdf. and now they tell me its too big.. boo. hiss.

not happy.

    The Acrobat.com online conversion services are limited to 100 MB each.

    If you need to convert larger documents, you will need Acrobat.  You can download the fully functional 30-days trial of Acrobat XI Pro from https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

    Hi saritalbb,

    Could you please let me know the exact error message that you get while creating the PDF.

    What is the size and format of file that you are trying to convert.

    Also, try converting some other file to PDF and check if it converts fine or not.
