Why is my subscription not working it is not recognizine it as a paid account

    I checked your account with your email( wilsonxxxx@xxadxxxxer.com) however i can see you tried to place the order on 30th May and 1st June but your order was not completed.

    Please check your account if the payment was deducted from your account or not?
