Why is the document language selection empty when trying to convert PDF's to Excel?

As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have a subscription for Adobe Export PDF.

Could you let us know if you are trying to export pdf in Adobe Reader desktop application? If yes, try updating Reader to the latest patch using check for updates option help menu, reboot the machine after update and try again.
