    Hi probleme,

    What type of water mark you are taking about. What is the version of Acrobat installed on your machine.

    Try update Acrobat to the latest version. Also attach the screen of the problem. I would like to check.

    Provide us your complete workflow of conversion from pdf to word, if that is you are doing.
