Why isn't FormsCentral services is available to all countries in the world?

I've tried to subscribe the centralforms service, however, I can't do that because I'm out of the countries where services are provided. I would like to ask whether the service will be extended to my country, China, Hong Kong? Please reply.

    I am sorry that FormsCentral isn't currently available for purchase in China. I don't know whether there are any plans to extend the service to other countries, but I will pass your feedback along.
